9/9/08 -  PLG, an Open the Government.org partner, is pleased to annouce the release of the 2008 Secrecy Report Card, an annual review of U.S. government information policy regarding classified information, FOIA, state secrets and executive privilege, National Security Letters, and other matters of critical concern.
