Submission GuidelinesPlease submit electronic files via e-mail, CD-ROM or floppy as Rich Text Format (.rtf) or Microsoft Word (.doc). Typewritten manuscripts are welcome. Prints and digital images are also welcome; if digital, provide 300 dpi grayscale TIFF (.tiff) files no larger than 5X7 inches. Use current MLA Handbook for in-text citation style for references.
We reserve the right to edit all submissions.

Peer Review
Article submissions to Progressive Librarian are reviewed by each member of its Editorial Board. It is, therefore, peer-reviewed by the scholars, experts and activists on the Editorial Board, a body constructed so as to constitute an effective reviewing body to shape the journal and maintain its quality. Manuscript submissions which are outside the expertise of any of the Editorial Board are sent to expert readers for evaluation and comment to be referred back to the journal editors for acceptance, rejection, and/or revision. We reserve all rights to edit all submissions.
